Customize a template

Look beyond the cover

Check the following pages and the space available for your information. A suitable layout and photo ratio will save editing time.

1. Search the template list by topic or purpose.
2. Look through the preview pages.
3. Apply the template and review its full structure in the editor’s page list.

Update the content and layout

1. Replace essential information first: headings, dates, prices, and contact details.
2. If your text is longer, adjust the text box width and long-text handling.
3. Replace photos and check that important details remain visible inside their frames.
4. Read every page before saving.

If you cannot select the words

Words drawn into a photo are not editable text elements. Replace the image or add a separate text element.

Using a design made from someone else’s template is different from submitting it to Studio as your own template. Submission eligibility depends on its source and the rights to its materials.
