Share a design with a link

Create a sharing link

1. Open the document and check its save status.
2. Open Share link from the menu.
3. Create a link and check the expiration information shown.
4. Copy the link and send it to the intended recipients.

Editing URLs and sharing links

An editing URL from your browser requires access to the document. Use a sharing link to show a design. Creating a sharing link does not also grant permission to edit the original.

Revoke a link or handle expiration

Revoke a link from the sharing dialog when you no longer want it used. Expired or revoked links cannot be opened. Create and send a new link to share again.

Revoking a link cannot retrieve files that someone has already downloaded or saved separately. Check for private information before sharing.
