Manage layers and groups

Select an overlapping element

Layers lists the elements on the current page. Use it to select an item hidden behind another on the canvas.

1. Select the item in Layers.
2. Use the ordering controls to move it forward or backward.
3. Use Bring to front or Send to back to move it to the top or bottom at once.

Handle several elements together

Select the elements and group them to move them as one unit. This is useful for a logo and its caption. Ungroup them when you need to change individual positions.

Prevent accidental movement

Lock elements after placing them to avoid moving them by mistake. If an element will not move, check its lock state in Layers first.
