Upload photos and images

Add a file

1. Open Uploads in the Media panel.
2. Choose an image file. PNG, JPEG, WebP, and SVG are supported.
3. Once uploading finishes, select the image from the list to place it on the canvas.
4. Adjust its size and position, then check the save status.

Choose an original suited to the output

Enlarging a small image can make it look blurry. Use a source photo large enough for the design. For a transparent background, use a file that already contains transparency. Uploading an image does not automatically remove a white background.

If uploading fails

Check the file format and the file-size and image-dimension limits shown on screen. If storage is full, check your account’s usage. Resolve the stated cause before repeatedly uploading the same file.

If you plan to publish a template, keep records of image sources and usage rights. Being able to place an image in a design does not itself grant redistribution rights.
