Create your first design

Choose a template for the job

Decide what you need first: a social post, notice, menu, or another format.

1. Select Start designing on the home page to open the template browser.
2. Search for a topic and look through the pages of a template you like.
3. Apply the template. If prompted, sign in to the account you want to use.

Replace text and photos

1. Double-click text on the canvas and enter your own words.
2. Click outside the text, then use Properties to change its font, size, and color.
3. Upload and place a photo from Media. Use cropping or photo composition controls to adjust the visible area.
4. For a template with several pages, check the remaining pages in the page list.

Save and download

Give the document a recognizable name and wait for Saved. Open Export, choose a file format, and select Download. If the document has several pages, check which pages will be included.

Zoom changes how large the canvas appears while you work. Set the downloaded image size in Export.
